Alpha was founded in 2004, by Dr Jack Nagle to provide consultancy, business support and advisory services to the Health and Social Care sector. The Alpha team is comprised of experienced management consultants across Ireland and the UK with core expertise in Business, HR, Operations, Benchmarking, Quality Management Systems (QMS), Financial Management, Strategic & Business Planning and Project Management. The company has worked on cross-sectoral assignments and has engaged with multiple government departments conducting extensive stakeholder engagement assignments and strategic and business planning projects.

Alpha’s team of experienced practice support managers provide an outsourced management support service to GP practices and primary care Centres working in tandem with the existing practice management and staff teams.
